What’s Included:

• Everything from the Discovery & Vision Package, expanded and refined

• Expert antique sourcing and procurement — I personally search auctions, select pieces, handle bidding and purchasing on your behalf, and coordinate shipping

• Refinishing and restoration expertise (detailed guidance for remote clients, or limited hands-on work for local/Bay Area projects and those who wish to ship items to me)

• Architectural detailing support (such as wall paneling, mouldings, and custom elements) with contractor coordination guidance

• Ongoing collaboration and multiple rounds of revisions as needed

• Flexible timeline — typically spanning several months, allowing time for thoughtful sourcing, refinishing, and perfecting every detail

Investment: Project-based with clear contracts. This typically includes a design retainer and a sourcing markup (or percentage of total hard costs). We’ll discuss the best structure for your specific project.
